Earlier this year, Engine Director Joe Heapy spoke at the Forrester Enterprise Architects Council event in London. The focus of this talk was on the application of design-thinking practices to enable an outside-in approach to problem-solving.

Off the back of this event, Forrester has produced a report examining the ways in which Enterprise Architects can play a broader role further upstream; partnering with customer or product strategy execs by embedding key design-thinking practices into their day-to-day EA operations.
