The Challenge

Ski Dubai, a well-known snow and ski resort in Dubai, sought to revamp its aging customer experience and align it with a forthcoming infrastructure upgrade, aiming to create a captivating and contemporary attraction.

Ski Dubai partnered with the Engine Service Design team to achieve this, envisioning a redefined experience to feel special and memorable for visitors. This transformation was more than just a physical facelift; it aspired to offer an immersive, enchanting journey that surpassed other snow-based attractions in the region.

Through collaboration with various stakeholders and partners, a comprehensive Experience Masterplan was devised, charting the course for Ski Dubai's renewed experience.
