Ski Dubai is synonymous with Dubai and a top reason for tourists to visit. But the customer experience was becoming dated and required a refresh that would also inform an infrastructure upgrade. Ski Dubai engaged the Engine Service Design team to reimagine the customer experience and develop a strategy that would address the operational and customer experience challenges. The goal, to create a fantastical experience for those visiting.
