Improving public health provision

The challenge

The Borough of Southwark needed to find better ways to address local challenges and improve services. Working with residents, The Engine Service Design Team highlighted several new service opportunities, identified sector partners and ultimately enabled focused improvements to existing public health provision. We then worked with the strategy team to integrate a new, citizen-centred policy model, into service commissioning in the borough.
