The design of healthcare has never been more critical. The COVID-19 pandemic has illustrated just how much healthcare relies on an ecosystem of services, spanning the health sector and beyond. Critically, recent times have shown us that the effectiveness of health services is a collective as well an individual responsibility.

The private sector’s role in public health
